  The ratings will only increase if
  1. Customer Service agents are trained in Presentation!! Some of the the Customer Service Agents look very depressed and almost like they dont want to serve you!! You know, a hello wouldn't hurt with a smile and a, How may I help you? and not just nodding your head while attaining eye contact or a coerced YES!!?? Oh and a reminder that a THANK YOU goes a long way!!
  2. Sometimes there is a long line and only one Customer Service Agent available. This is very inconvenient and is a regular occurrence! Wish the manager would develop a system of making sure they're always equipped with adequate staff at the front desk especially during peak days/hours!
  Three stars for the select few of the very helpful cheerful staff!!!!

  Customer Service consultants need to increase as sometimes there is queue of people and only one consultant.
  But there customer service good, they try their best to solve your problem or guide you the correct way
