Poor customer service. Compared to courts main branch.

I went down to purchase a A21s phone, I asked the manager if this phone will work in overseas country networks, he said no it won't work in any other country,so I asked him to email me in written, so he asked staff name Aashna to email me on his behalf, .didn't ever received that email..
Whatever the scenario was I was going to buy the phone, I took all my details to the credit department, after almost 2 hrs this lady tells me my hire purchase account was not approved.I sensed something was wrong, so I took the same documents to another branch, in less than an hour the phone was in my hands.and i was also told that my application was never lodged at first place.kind request to the manager and staffs, you don't inherit Courts Fiji limited.
Consider yourself lucky to have a job in this pandemic. You all deserve promotions.response / report this review -

The variety of electronic products at Courts Cyber City are nice. They have good customer service and offer branded gadgets from Apple, Huawei, Samsung and more.

Good place other than staff not familiar with the gadgets they're selling. Better know what you want and looking for than to ask advice from the staff there.
