  Omg the girl that works there has no idea. They charged me almost 3000$ for a Mazda3 straight rip off. Tired calling the store again after they gave us a messed up car and they reported it’s my fault. There are many more rental services in Fiji Islands don’t get trip spoilt by budget. Deal with other places nearby. The MD or Someone needs to teach them professionalism and customer service.

  Hired a Suzuki from Budget at Nadi Airport and it is the most dangerous vehicle I have ever hired by far. Structural cracks in the roof letting the rain in. Passenger seat belt cut deeply and smooth back tyres. Also had a violent steering wheel shake under hard braking. Nursing this dangerous beast back to the airport spoilt our trip. We also had different plate numbers on our paperwork but the vehicle we drove was LR901.

  Absolutely pathetic service.
  I booked on line and called 3 days to confirm my vehicle, which they did.
  We arrived from Sydney and where told by a young lady with a nervous smile that they didn't have any more cars left.
  Travelling with a 13 month old and pregnant wife my stress levels were through the roof.
  She went to Satellite car rental and got us a car there. Which smelt like their service.
  Try Avis.

  Do not use Budget Nadi, dishonest operator.
  
  Returned the car with a full tank and no damage. A week later they charged my CC card for $35 ($50 FJD) + failed to return a $150 FJD deposit. When I called budget they said they had no record of a transaction on my account. Disputed the transaction with my bank. Budget claimed to the bank that it was for a replacemet car key (although they could never confirm this to me). The key was obviously not lost as i drove the car back to thier depo and handed over the key myself.
  I have managed to recover the $35 ($50 FJD) though my bank but not the $150 deposit. Complete scammers.
