Best car rental wid very friendly services n best rates with amazing price .. if u want to spend a holiday wid no wrries den I wuld suggest to seek dis company

Never use this company. On arriving at Nadi airport, I went to pick up the car, expecting it to be the same as advertised. The car that they brought was a very old car with widespread damage on the body, fogged up lights due to the age of the car, was dirty and smelly. It looked unroadworthy and unsafe to me and I refused to accept it. They told me that they had given me a better and bigger car than the one I booked, what a joke! On insisting that they provide me a car as advertised they brought another car after some wait. When this car arrived, it had passengers in it, obviously been used as a daily commute for their family. This car was no different and was worse than the first, They kept insisting I sign the agreement document, which I obviously refused. I asked for a refund of my deposit to which I was asked to deal with the booking agent, Airport Rentals. I walked away from the situation as I was wasting too much of my holiday time and got a car from another car hire company.
On my return to Australia, I got in touch with Airport Rentals, who refunded my deposit and were going to investigate.
Be warned, never deal with this dodgy, so called car hire company.response / report this review -

Never use this company. Gave us a car with a faulty alternator, broke down as soon as we stopped the engine. We had to ask for help to jump start the car (that's what they told us to do!) then drive back with failing lights in the dark. They arrived to meet us in a closed petrol station with a new battery, but told us we had damaged the car. We began recording on our mobiles what they were saying, took pictures under the car etc They said under the car was damaged - luckily my partner knows all about cars so could see that they were totally making it up. A funny side story though, their young looking employee reversed the car into a petrol pump and put a huge dent in it - gave us a laugh. We figured immediately what they would do, so we reported them to the Fijian police so we had paperwork etc ready. When we arrived back in aus, as expected, they took money off my card. Reported them for fraud - the cars are illegal, wrong number plates & made up invoices from a mechanic that doesn't exist. Luckily my bank fraud department was amazing & we won. NEVER use this company. We thought we would save money - cost us months of stress, letter writing, translation of videos (luckily we have Indian friends).
DODGY, CORRUPT & total liars. They are a married couple but pretend they aren't as well.. Do yourself a favour and just use the worldwide known companies at the airport.response / report this review -

One of the cheapest rental cars in Fiji and the cars are all in excellent condition.
