We had the Ocean view room for 2 days and loved it. The staff were friendly and professional. I enjoyed the pool as well. Nice quiet place with great views.

A complete disappointment!!
Zero value for money.
Entrance/ reception looks spooky.
Please don't go by the resort pictures you find online.
Rooms stink (Infrastructure-wise old and outdated), Poor lighting in rooms and the resort restaurant (a mix of white and yellow dim low wattage bulbs just doesn't cut it)- making the evening ambience only good for a headache.
Poor and slow service by staff (extremely unprofessional)
Restaurant menu is limited- takes about 45 mins for 2 mains to reach your table. The customer facing staff have no clue about reason for delays.
TV broadcasts only 3-4 local channels.
The only advantage is that the city /airport is 30mins away and this resort has its own jetty which makes it a quick pick up point to go for island tours.
There are and will be better value for money resorts in Fiji, please give this one a pass.response / report this review -

Had a disaster of an experience with an event we held there. Very poor communication from the staff and they eventually charged us well and beyond what was expected as they allowed the bar tab to go well over instructions. No apology, so recourse, just a demand for payment for something we'd not agreed to.
Their in-house catering was barely edible and considering the price per head, it should have been moderately palatable in the least.
I don't think I'd use them again any time soon an inconvenient location, simple amenities and a sense of 'about to be ripped off'.response / report this review -

Lovely place, warm people, always willing to help you finding the best deals for you. The rooms are comfortable and with a great view! I loved it. I hope to comeback soon

This place is about the equivalent of a caravan park. Facilities are in poor repair, the swim up bar is unattended, and the staff are disorganised. There is no beach, and the whole environment is unsafe for children.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel with pathetic service from the beginning. The receptionist showed no interest in us on our arrival.
We were given "this room" with the mountain view with filthy bathroom and toilet. It seemed the room wasn't cleaned for weeks. There were no basic necessities like towel, toilet paper, soap or shampoo. Had to call reception twice for them to deliver, only received half of the items and they never showed again. The sheets were all crumbled up and had hair on the bed as if some other people had used the room before. The "continental breakfast" was a waste of time as there was no hot food available and to order eggs and stuff was extra. The fruits were cut in such small pieces which all looked very mushy . The lady in the dining area was least interested. For the amount of money charged per night, this hotel is pathetic and no one is bothered to listen to your issues.response / report this review -

Had a lovely time here, very happy with the accommodation, very nice for the price, which was an amazing deal. The staff we lovely and friendly and it was the perfect place for a relaxing, chill vibe holiday. We were given a lot of help by the staff with our luggage and a yummy drink when we arrived. The staff were really accommodating moving beds around so we had the configuration we needed for the 4 of us. Great deals available through anchorage to visit Beachcomber island. Breakfast was included and the meals for lunch and dinner were delicious. The pool is a great asset with lovely day beds and loungers to while away the days with a book. Happily recommend to others, this isn't the 5🌟 deal, if you want posh best go to Denarau. If you want a nice slice of down to earth fiji for a good price, this is your spot.

Avoid at all cost. Our experience has been bad. The standard rooms were disgusting the air-conditioning didn't even work there were public hair on the bathroom and when we approach them to upgrade us to a they charged an extra $50.

I have never experienced anything so disgusting in my life! Terrible time here!! Firstly no one collected my 8 year old daughter and I from airport after waiting hours we caught a taxi! Secondly no welcome pack, nothing! Didn't even know what time brekky or any meals were on or no complimentary drink or massage! There were so many local children in the pool unsupervised, a poor local boy no older than 9 almost drowned - a guest had to drag him out the pool to give him CPR. My 8 year old daughter subjected to that! There were local kids peeing from the deck into the pool! The pool was cleaned just once in 8 days!!
I arranged babysitting for 30 mins for my daughter so I could get a facial! No one turned up! It's apparently 2 hours complimentary each evening lol I ordered a milkshake from Clive the bar man he said yep no problems - that was 3 days ago, still waiting for his return from possibly milking the cow!! 😳 the hairdryer caught fire while my daughter was using it! The replacement one (not even attached) caught fire! The air con didn't work for 2 days. Majority of staff are rude, including the Australian owners sister (who was apparently taking care of things while he and his family were on a holiday) of want to get away from this place too! A frog was in our bathroom pooping everywhere - my daughter wouldn't use the toilet. It took 3 calls to reception and two hours for anyone to bother coming to shoo it out! So much more to add to this list. In all honesty HOLIDAY from hell! I will never return to Fiji and solely just because of this resort!! Unhelpful! I asked where my daughter and I could go to see Fiji and what recommend for activities for us to do I got a shoulder shrug 4 times! I'll tell all my friends, family and colleagues never venture here!!response / report this review -

If you are on budget and could stand a dirty place with bad customer service just come and stay here. Do not believe in photos you see over the Internet as they lie. Staff never give you a favor nor go out of their ways to help you. In fact they only try to sell their stuff and ask you to pay more on what you don't really need to like some basic stuff. I can say I hated this place and I will tell many many more of my family and friends do not come to Fiji at all.
