Used the 24hr kiosk (wish I knew it was 24hr the night before!) and the friendly gentlemen in the store were very helpful. I needed to replace my European adaptor and get a soar European USB charger. Very convenient to have this here, especially as a tourist.

Great place to get anything and everything electronic at very decent prices. They also have a very good selection of toys and food stuff imported from the US.

Been wanting to visit this place for like a year now. Pretty much exactly how I imagined. It's got everything and you can play and fiddle with just about anything in there, just not the staff.
A few niggling complaints. I wish you could play a few games (why have the stands up and no games?)
The optical wire I was looking for, I found in the outlet section with no price tag. Apparently it was put there by mistake. Still though it was cheaper in store.response / report this review -

Got all my phone, computers here for the past 5 years. No trouble or what so ever but I just like their store layout and the cheap electronics. Really recommend buying electronics or phone cases/screengards here !

Impressive store and layout. Some very good prices and some pretty bad. However, there is such a huge variety and quantity that if it weren't for the cost, you'd find something to walk out with every time. There are things I didn't even know existed that I found there, which is really nice. If you want to see your options on any type of electronics or to try them out, I'd highly recommend you go to Verkkokauppa first — they have everything!

One of the best electronics store I've visited. Clean, spacious, new toys all the time, helpful staffs. Price is not exactly cheaper than other places - but pretty competitive - and it also depends on the item and the season. Guarantee service is top notch. I hope that they utilize the space more efficiently. It's not always easy to find the item you want and not everything are on display so sometimes I had to ask for it.

The best choice of electronics in Helsinki capital area. Convenient free basement parking. Return process is exceptionally easy and quick. Not the nicest service, but you get what you want quickly. Don't forget to check out the cafe on the second floor. Take elevator to the top (only the middle one goes there) and you will enjoy a real Mig-21 airplane on the roof together with an excellent view from the one of the tallest buildings around.

Not sure if it's the same place. But the Helsinki Dog in the Little Big Cafe is very good Food generally looks great.

Nice shop for electronic products, now sells baby stuff also. It is close to the harbor so that optimal for tax-refund shopping.

Great place for electronics and their accessories. Dedicated sections for different brands with good staff to help you. Also a good place to spend some time while waiting for your ship if you are into technology.
