  Poor staff, we were racially abused at this restaurant and the staff just stood and watched. Offered no protection, not even an apology. We were forced to abandon our meal midway. And oh, they also got our food orders wrong. Definitely a place to avoid at all costs.

  Lunch is nothing special, but the ala carte is excellent. Try the blinis! Huge and stylish (in an old-timey way) with lots of atmosphere and character. One of the oldest restaurants in Tampere, Tillikka attracts mainly middle-aged people.

  I personally did not like the latest changes to the menu. The legendary "pyttipannu" dish is definitely as good (and as big) as it used to be. Lunch is also down in quality from what it used to be with previous owner.
