Nice museum, and will probably be even better when new exhibitions open in December 2017

Very nice museum with the History of Finland. Free with Museum Card. Not very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Worth the visit.

Lists of great things to see here. Depending on your interests this could take several hours

Big museum about Finnish history and culture. Intetesting pieces and a little bit of interactivity. Well worth a visit.

Great history of Finland. Lots of documentation, in multiple languages So it was a very usable museum. The current temporary exhibit on the 100 year anniversary of Finland was also excellent.

Not the best. Small and for me a bit disjointed.

Not a great place for kids. The whole museum was a big "Do not touch"-place, not even a simple quiss for kids. The topfloor is a place for kids, but it was not opened when we visited, and still, the whole actual museum was only about reading signs. Totally disapponted! I had a lot higher expactations. You could not get around with a pram.

Life before wars and religion. So simple an peaceful. Museum gives a great overview of history in the area and why finnish people are like they are.

Can not quite understand the story and history due to the language problem. There were many kids and other students. There is a hall for children, learning by playing. Has locker for coats and bags. We got some pieces of stamp as souvenirs.
