Worst experience ever. Please be careful when giving your passport to these people. Once it is gone no one would reply you in a helpful way It is just luck if you get your passport back or maybe you will but after months. They ask to contact UK authorities while UK authorities ask to contact TLSContact, in short you waste your money, time and energy.

Service is excellent and staff are friendly. However, I Suggest that you provide some guide in the website on how to go to your office. Like for example(go inside Roberts coffee and take the elevator going to 6th floor). :)

The service at the Door, the reception, gate 3 and Bio-metrics was very welcoming and fast. However, we we forced to wait at Finance Department (may be because there was a new guy there). Overall i had a great experience as my first Visa application center.

Excellent Service!
There is, however, some short comings in terms of submitting copies of the required documents such as old passports; which is not shown online as a requirement to do so. I had to go some where to copy visas of my old passports which took my time. I recommend to put the information online so that applicants will come with all required documents. I generally enjoyed your excellent service and I would like to thank you for that.
