They got renewed to better lately. M&S selection is positive improvement too. Service level went from ignorant to helpful. Still there is room to work - centralised cash desks look like from 1930s.

Everything you need under one roof, except for mcDonalds anymore. A little hard to find the products or services that you are looking for, but after a couple of visits you'll get over it. Too little staff.

A nice deparmet store. Not stokka but ok. Marks and Spencer is also here. Nice sales on shoes at the top foor.

In Helsinki it's either Sokos or Stockmann when it comes to department stores. However, time has gone by department stores. Sokos has improved their brands but is still lacking in service. It feels as if it is holding on to its last straws
