Amazing rock club bar with a nice atmosphere, a nice barman, proper billiard pools in downstairs and good music.

Best (and only?) place to play pool/snooker in the city center. Not as tidy as City-biljardi. Cheap beer during happy hours.

Best place to play pool in downtown Oulu. There are also couple of snooker tables and darts boards. Old arcade vibe.
