Horrible Worst place to rent, they had the responsability of my problem, but they did not assume it. Be careful with this rental place, they want you to pay more

在淡季租車，比較便宜，但是沒有太多選擇。
租車的負責人員只有在電腦上讓我們看車子（車子就在後院⋯⋯），後來當我們辦好一切手續的時候看車時，也沒人陪同，當我們打開行李箱整個呆住了，回到櫃檯請負責人換車，結果變成一台價格和原本的新車相同，但是有損壞的車子，交車的時候因為看到我們在巡查車子的狀況，才和我們一起看。下次還是不能在當地租車（選擇性太少），需要先從網路選車和大間一些租車公司租車。response / report this review -

EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE !! Al momento del noleggio hanno tanto insistito perche' stipulassimo l'assicurazione che, in caso di incidente, avrebbe ridotto la nostra penale da 900 a 200 euro. Abbiamo accettato. Ci era stato, inoltre, detto che alla riconsegna avremmo dovuto lasciare la macchina nel parchggio e le chiavi nella loro cassetta e cosi' abbiamo fatto perche' al box SCANDIA RENT dell'aeroporto di ROVANIEMI non c'era nessuno e noi dovevamo procedere al check in per il volo. Dopo mezz'ora ci hanno addebitato 200 euro su carta di credito e , alle nostre numerose email di richiesta spiegazioni, hanno risposto che avevamo danneggiato l'auto , cosa assolutamente falsa e non constatata insieme. Non abbiamo ricevuto ne' giustificazioni, ne' foto, ne' fatture. Avvalendosi della distanza tra le due nazioni e delle problematiche legali che intercorrerebbero negli eventuali ricorsi , DERUBANO i clienti !! E' inaccettabile !! DIFFIDATE , DIFFIDATE !!!
