Something old but it is a big Prisma and close to the malmi station
In Prisma Malmin you have anything you want from food stuff to household, furniture, clothes, gardening etc. You can have everything from under one roof for reasonable price.. In the same building of Malmin train station.
Extensive assortment of goods quite cheaply.
Was looking for a raw unspiced broiler. The meat dude was really helpfull and checked for places that might have it, and reserved one for me. 5/5 customer service.
I think after renovation this store became more organized and clean. Thanks
Aisles were bit small for strollers in some places. Also the store could use some facelifting when comparing to other Prismas. Otherwise good location and good selection of groceries. Parking garage provides free parking for customers, but watch out for the parking tiles. They are made for small cars and there are a lot of support beams around them.
Only 1 Star rating because there seems to be a pricing tag issue at this branch! Although my wife emailed the company about the pricing tag issue on packed water bottles, there was no response to the email or an apology from the company and no compensation either to the bonus card. Basically, there is no indication on the packed water bottles, whether the bottles are sold individually or if it is a multipack. We keep getting charged per bottle and there is no price tag on the shelf! The till staff do not have no information either to this issue. They tried to call back offices, and they were told that they do not have any information either. If the water bottles are sold individually, then they should not be in its multipack looking packages, its misleading customers and it is not legal! As an experience retail manager myself from London, all price tags must be up to date, and all price tags must state if it is Multipack! If bottles are going to be charged individually and is kept in a package the price tag/label should state the price per Bottle! Its a simple operation. The shelf where the waters are stacked is seriously dangerous and hazardous with Glass bottled beverages in its boxes waiting to cause an injury to anyone (customers/staff) on top of the water bottle packaging! Please sort it out. Its my local Prisma, we do not want to stop our custom but if this carries on then you will certainly lose a valuable customer who spends a lot of money at your store weekly!
Big supermarket, accessible prices. Wide range of goods. Service can be better.
Functional and fine, has two stories, you can get anything you can get at any other Prisma.
Good prices and fairly large amount of items and stuff available. Still less products of quality compared to jumbo or some smarkets.
Good place, easy to access by road and train. Most of the needful things are available. Helpful staff.
Big, has 2nd floor as well as cooked food in 1st, but notthing extraordinary.
Once upon a time this was the only Prisma in Helsinki, it's showing its age but they do try to keep it up to date in terms of product range even if the food department is a bit too small especially compared with other Prismas. It's a good little Prisma though and easy to get around and find what you need.
One major thing they have always had a problem with though is long queues. It's about time they introduced self scanning.
You can find all your everyday needs from here with a decent price. Really close to Malmi's train station.
Just like other Prisma shops, big and loaded with a variety of goods from groceries to electronics
Everything needed in daily life can be found in there.
I can many things in prisma. Cost is reasonable. One of the best place to shop.
Good selection of goods ranging from food to electronics and the Prisma is a bit cheaper than the K-market that's almost next to it.
