My husband is in emergency right now and he is waiting for a doctor for three hours. Still no one helped him. Seriously. Do you call this health service?

I went to this hospital to see the Rheumatologist who then tried to force my joints when i kept telling him it wouldn't open how he wanted then got told that my blood tests came back negative even though in england after a year of blood tests, x-rays and MRI's i have proof on paper that arthritis, he then went on to tell me that my x-ray came back showing nothing, I asked what x-ray then he should me his screen which had an x-ray from 2009! 6 years old x-ray and i had to point out that it was 6 years old what kind of professional doctor cannot tell what year it is? needless to say that after the examination and him trying to prove that i'm faking (as i felt) he then told me to get dressed again when he knows very well that i cannot get my socks on with out help, which he didnt help with, i used my walking stick to get my trousers on and went home with out socks i will be making a formal complaint i'm completely disgusted
