The only downside — you'll hear a lot of planes taking off from Helsinki airport. Especially in the morning. The rest is just awesome

You have to walk for 2 km from the bus stop to reach the information hut. There are many trails to choose. The blue trail is recommended. Good for one-day trip from Helsinki.

Hiking trails are awesome! You can ski during winter. You got camp fires setup for free use and cant beat the fresh air and beautifull scenery with lakes and forrests

Beautiful national park with plenty of trails. Stake out a firepit and grill, and bbq some burgers.
