The worst customer service I had in finland since I've come here 6 moths ago. I wanted to create an account. First visit: Lady at the desk doesn't know that Poland is in the UE and proofs me that I need a passport. After small talk with her supervisor, she agreed that UE ID is good enough. Second visit: I had an appoitment, but it dissapeared from system, so nobody can make an account for me. Ok. The say I have to wait for them, they'll call me. Of course nobody has ever called me. Third visit: Are you f***g kidding me?
