One of the best public pools I have ever been.
Great area for swimming, for relaxing and for kids. Wonderful saunas and locker areas.
Awesome pool and gym. Very clean and many lanes to swim in. You can chose between 25 and 50 M course. Full selection of diving boards and platforms. Gym upstairs is nice and convenient.
Maybe the best swimming hall in Finland? 50 meter tracks, a lot of jumping options, big children's pool, good saunas and the cafe has really good cinnamon rolls.
Everything great - lovely 50 m pool and not at all crowded when I went at 11:15 on a Wednesday. The only negative aspect was that shorts -style swimming trunks are not allowed for some reason (it's strange how different pools have a completely different set of rules) so I had to borrow a pair of acceptable trunks.
Pool and gym complex, water jump tower, saunas and little cafeteria.
Pools are huge and in good shape, clean, family friendly.
Conveniently located, close to the bus and tramway stops, big parking lot.
Place offers swimming lessons for kids, adults and special offer for seniors
Kaupungin paras uimahalli. Yksi tähti pois koska sauna ei vain ole yhtä hyvä kun ennen remppaa.
Swimming facilities at Märsky are great. If you don't have your own, you can borrow pull buoys and paddles for your training. Just keep in mind that the place is for swimming and it ain't a spa.
They should clearly separate fast and slow swimmers specially when we are restricted to few lanes because those annoying swimming schools! Can they not move swimming schools to the short length lanes or to some times different from afternoon. Finally, it was silly idea to move the hot sauna to a smaller confinement. Prices are expensive!
Perfect place for swimming long distances. You've got a whole 50 meter long tracks here! Also if you're in to jumping from high places you got up to 10 meters high jumping platform. Also 3, 5 and 7,5 meters available. Downside is that at weekends and evenings might be really crowded. You can also dip into cold pool at 6-8 celsius degree. Go there and try to count peacefully atleast 30-60 secs to get full effect. It can be painfull at first put your body will scream for good mood afterwards and it probably comes to habit if you dare doing it a few times. Give it a try! :D
Recently modernised Olympic size 50m pool. There are clean shower rooms and multiple saunas. If you like swimming this is the #1 pool in Finland
