Great products but lacks the friendliness, they're more on the business side of customer service and not like skate shop-ish. That's why I don't like to shop there because I don't feel welcome, they do say hey but just like a nod not like a happy "hey". They're probably nice people in real life but they take the job as like a grocery shop and not like a skate shop. I don't like to compare them to others but the one shop that I won't name that's on the same street as Lamina asked me if I needed any help, in Lamina they just nodded and kept quiet. And in the store when I enter I feel judged because when older and probably talented skateboarders come in they're more friendly, I feel like poser walking in there and that's why I don't like to shop there often. But props for selling Emerica.
PS: Be more nice
Best skate shop in Helsinki. Very good service.
Nice place with super expert honest staff.
Good but gone at kamppi tho the 4th floor is shut bring it back
The clothes selection is good and the hours are exceptional. Customer service is ok, but i feel sad for the clerk for having to tend to their friends as they treat the place as their hangout
Palvelua täältä ei ainakaan saa, samat tuotteet helpommin esim. ponkes ja unionfive..
Skater owned shop in Kamppi.
Лучший скейт-шоп Хельсинки.
Best skate shop in finland
Got my first board in Finland from Lamina. Still had to wait a while for service. Came back 3 months later to buy 2 raisers and some larger cruising wheels. Took ages for service For cruising wheels they had only 1 set of 60s, and another of 70s (which are too big for my board). Also they didn't have any raisers The store size was also much smaller than my first visit and seemed now more full of clothes then skateboarding gear. Major bummer
