Had my birthday lunch here, was amazing! Not a lot of drinks tho.
As several other reviewers have noted, this is definitely a Finnish take on Italian food. Several of the ingredients would be met with a raised eyebrow in Italy. We stopped in for an early dinner, service was fine, everyone was friendly. If you want a casual place to grab a bite, this place is fine. Certainly not fancy, would be a good place for a family. We started out with the tomato mozzarella salad, and moved on to the Chicken Saltimbocca and Garlic & Prawns pasta before finishing with a Baked Alaska. As noted everything was good, solid, nothing that completely blew off our socks, but a good place to stop for an early dinner.
The restaurant is big and quite nice, but the food is so so and definitely not italian (everything is cooked finnish style and they don't even have a menu in italian). The staff is ok:ish.
Really friendly service. Good risotto. Tasty kid's menu
We were given fair warning when we entered the restaurant that their pizza oven was broken and the grill couldn't cook burgers and the wait time was about 40min. We decided to give them a try as they seemed so down on their luck for the day. We are glad we did, the midnight summer salad was one of the best salads we have had. The rest of our meal arrived faster than expected and was reasonably flavourful and priced.
Food was good, but took a long time to come. My kids managed to break the wine glasses they were expected to drink from. The staff weren't worried about the broken glasses at all but it annoyed me they didn't provide stemless classes to children
We went there with a four year old and we were seated with the rest of the families. I get you might want to keep the kids together but not everyone has a noisy child! Food was mediocre as was the service, was an expensive disappointment.
Good restaturant!! Italian food! A bit expensive
Very nice food, it was great experince
Possibly the best pizza I´ve ever had! The tomato-sauce was spot on and the crust was delicious. Lovely mozzarella!
Slow service, charged us for bread. Good food but small portions. €9 for shrimp appetizer that was over cooked and included only 3 shrimp
My mileage has been varying with La Famiglia: a last few times the food has been not exactly mind-blowing but ok. Last time it wasn't so: too tiny and basic pasta. Also the restaurant interior starts to be seen a bit better days. Which is actually a bit shame because the location and personnel are nice.
