This place hosts many interesting events! Including the annual Anime Seminar and the film festival for children and youngsters. Go check it out!

Always have a good feeling about this place. Specially during winter they have good programs like art exhibitions in first floor and movie night in second floor. You can find most of the time tables and programs there in the catalogues for free.

Lot's of comfy chairs and the mood's very nice and cozy. Compared to movie theatres though, there aren't many shows etc. here and often times the shows aren't that good There's a nice little comic book shop.

Unique culture center in a historical building right next to the Town House of Oulu. You should check it out even if just for the milieu. You never know if there's an interesting on going event inside.

A great local resource for getting up-to-date with what is going on when visiting Oulu! The cultural centre is located just behind the City Hall and has an art gallery with free exhibitions year-round.
