  I have never received a particularly good service when I went to the store, for example, product change used to feel very difficult even though it was a winter jacket and I was changing it to a larger size about 16 hours after buying. Anyway, the layout of the store has always been a bit confusing and it's hard to find the product you're looking for. In terms of products, the investment seems to be more expensive in sports and outerwear, less often there are even medium-priced alternatives among the products.

  It's simply a waste of time.
  Every time I go there and need assistance for club shop (seurakauppa) I leave without a proper customer support mainly because there's only one person responsible and is not there. Maybe Intersport in valkea is a better option with the reason being that if one cannot get proper support, can at least go to other 200 shops and take advantage of the time invested in transportation.
