Quite old hotel and got 2 different block, my room was very far away from reception. The lift very old and small. The only good things is their location good,walking distance to walking street and artikum.

Nice and peaceful location, friendly staff, small but functional rooms. Pretty views from riverside rooms (ask if there's one available for you). An old hotel in Rovaniemi terms (built in the 40's just after war), so you can sense history here and there in the hotel, although it has been completely renovated and modernized.

I was here in December with my two boys hotel staff very nice and helpful dinner and breakfast was nice the rooms are nothing special but they are clean and it was somewhere clean worm to sleep just to put your head down when your out all day sightseeing and wrecked tired from Santa's Village and seeing the man himself Santa.. my two loved the pool..

Was in Room 263. The view: parking lot. Elevator: 2 persons with bags. Access to room: left of lobby walk till the end of alleys, take elevator down.. walk to underground tunnel 100-150 meters away. Take another elevator up. What a disappointed New Year Eve's ever!!! And the unfortunately stay here 4 nights arrghh!! To breakfast&dinner: repeat the same route. And for the dinner too. So tired. At least breakfast and dinner was good. They got rice. Unless you stay in main building, i would never come back and never recommend this hotel.
Upgrade room?? Pay another €620 something per room per nights. New Year Nightmare 2017.response / report this review -

Quick and efficient check-in. Nice, spacious and clean room. Very good view over the river. Very central location. Good food in the restaurant. Friendly staff.
