Good location that's a cheaper option if you're in downtown Helsinki. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very helpful and English wasn't an issue. If you're planning on sightseeing or going out for any other reason, the only request they have is that you leave your key at the desk to be buzzed in later.

Medium to low cost hotel alternative in expensive Helsinki. Rooms are small and basic with a somewhat old and worn down impression, the bathroom is tiny. Overall sufficient though and the place is clean and tidy. Breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly and helpful, reception 24/7.

The hotel is ok value for money for helsinki. Breakfast is basic, but agree with a lot of the reviews regarding the rooms. It's so old and beds are tiny. There is also no air conditioning in room which was uncomfortable. Staff are friendly though

Good Hotel with clean and neat rooms. Friendly staff who give all details about nearby restaurants, shoppings centers. They also have shuttle cab service for Airport and its much cheaper. Breakfast is good but limited options

Nice and comfortable, good price great location. Breakfast was included and was actually very decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bonus was after my friend forgot his passport and only realised at the airport and after we called the hotel they sent his passport to the airport for us. They went out of their way to help and for that we're really grateful! Was great value anyway, I'd stay again.
