Wonderful place to bring our 1.5 year old toddler. The separate area for under 4 year olds is comprehensive and it's very nice that most of the rest of the place is also accessible him when accompanied by an adult. Also, the food had healthy options too, instead of the trash many other places like this offer. The only downside is that this place is a bit expensive.

Very nice place after the renovation. Minus two stars for the unfriendly service. Food is mediocre and very pricey.

This is a great place for kids and adults with lots of activities that will keep you and your children entertained for hours. Adults enter for free with their kids.

The only concern i had was with security. There was no barrier to prevent children leaving the facility and with so many people everywhere I feel like a child could easily slip out the door. It seems as tho the responsibility of your child's security is placed soley on the parent. It is very easy to lose site of your children, as we experienced.

I would like to see Hoplop install a checkpoint after the ticket counter to ensure no children can leave without their parents. Children are given arm bands when a ticket is purchased but there is no checkpoint or staff examining the arm bands.
