Upea uudempi kirkko. Alttaritaulu erilainen mihin kirkoissa on tottunut.

This is a unique little church which was rebuilt after the last war. It has an usual but surprisingly beautiful mural on the back wall showing Jesus present on the local arctic fells with the reindeer. Well worth a quick visit for a moment of serenity if you can figure out when to pop in before church on a Sunday. Alternatively visit during 'open' church in the summer since this is one of Finland's so-called 'road' churches.
