The staff are not so ok, if you have a question or a request It s better if you go smewhere else. The rooms in the old part are very small without Place for luggage and dirty.

Beautiful historic hotel, nice restaurant and services, and excellent location. Some of the rooms in the Spa building could use some renovation.

In the mid nineties I have been traveling by my company car to Russia with all the little issues about visa, car registration etc. 😉
As I had a night in Imatra.
In this beautiful hotel.
Like in a fairy tale.
Best dinning and drinks.
Large clean rooms.

Friendly staff, and a very good restaurant here. The breakfast wasn't that great for me however. The hotel is split into two buildings, a spa building and a castle building. I've only stayed in the spa building. The rooms are ok, though getting on a bit. Clean and comfortable however.
