The biggest electronics store in Scandinavia. If you are looking for something specific either this Gigantti or Verkkokauppa is your go to place. The service is always top notch and I believe their customer satisfaction meter (at the exit) have never been below 90%.
This store has fair prices and quite often really updated prices (except for DVDs but who buys them anyhow anymore).

Fantastic service from Tatu in the phone department. His English was excellent and he stayed calm and patient as he described all options open to us (with an indiscive teenager in tow) . I was especially impressed with his good manners and ability to get the' right fit ' for us by not pushing the most expensive phone to boost his commision. Excellent service from Tatu!!! Ask for Tatui if you want customer friendly and knowlegble service in Vantaa Gigantti.
