The place is a default, big Gigantti store with default Gigantti items, located in the shopping center area of Jyväskylä. Parking can be a bit tricky because the lot is shared with a gym.
It is tricky to get service there because the personnel are almost always engaged with other customers. Once received though, the service has always been good.
They host a SER collection point for even your bigger electrical items. They also handle returns and warranty issues on the premises.response / report this review -

Not my favorite store. At least the headphone section has some issues: the headphones are secured to anti-steal thingies with zip ties, the ends are cut perfectly to scratch your head when you try it on. Also the staff doesn't really pay much attention on you.
