  Todella hyvät valikoimat! Apua saa pyydettäessä. Plussaa kahvila-ravintola, josta voi napata ison mukin kaffetta ennen myymälän puolelle marssimista. Plussaa myös itsepalvelukassasta! Todella iso miinus tulee siitä, ettei Saimaan kokoisella parkkialueella ole otettu tarpeeksi hyvin huomioon peräkärryjen parkkeerausta, joka on täyttä tuskaa ruuhka-aikana. Niitä vois olla vaikka alueen laitamilla.

  Itsellä oli ollut tosi huono päivä takana, mutta bauhausin ihana, osaava ja iloinen henkilökunta sai piristymään.ja hyvät tuotteetkin löysin.:-)

  Asiakaspalvelussa kehittämisen varaa kun yritettäessä reklamoida viallisesta tuotteesta (vaaleassa laminaatissa mustaa maalia reilusti tuotetekstistä) lyödään luuri korvaan. Yritettäessä soittaa uudelleen sama myyjä aloittaa heti vitlun puhelimessa. Valitettava tosiasia on että koneet joskus tekevät virheitä mutta pitääkö asiakkaan siitä kärsiä :(

  It is a nice store, but K-rauta has much better customer service. I went to buy few pieces of wood for a hobby project and bauhaus says need to pay 4m full price for 1.5m wood. I asked if they can cut it, and answer is I can cut with the hand saw (they didn't have circular saw) myself there. Then went to K-rauta. At K-rauta I ask the guy if he can cut the wood into 3x 56cm pieces. He cut it right away. I told him (I insisted!), bill me 2m since total length is more than 1.5m. The k-rauta person says 'no I bill 1.5m it is more fair for you'. You can see the difference in customer service immediately. Also the same priced wood pieces were higher quality at K-rauta.
