Excelent service. I came with one problem. They found and fixed several more, without asking and without extra fee. I payed only for spare parts.

Terrible experience - customer service was sub-par and knew very little about bike servicing. After emailing them and confirming that I don't need an appointment and repairs will be done on site, they still wanted me to leave my bike overnight. Definitely not friendly or knowledgeable, especially relative to their price. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with this place.
