Title:- When we asked him a question, he would always say, "Why don't you google it"
We went there for our first pregnancy, and the first thing we noticed is that they operate in a traditional manner, with a large number of pregnant women standing in line to purchase a card, followed by a wait to see the doctor, which takes at least 3-4 hours on a good day. After all of this, you enter the doctor's office, where he made our first experience even worse by telling us that our baby was fine for 7 months, despite the fact that when we checked our pregnancy at another hospital, they told us completely different news. When we told him what they told us, he said he already knew about it and saw no reason to inform us; we do not recommend people go to this hospital because they have not updated themselves technologically and are still living in the past.

I went there through office recommendation, but its one of the worst clinic or hospital i incured throughout my life. Starting from the reception area, they use old and traditional method to make appointments and purchase card, they are also bad mannered when talking to the customers. The doctor everybody says is very special but i did not see one thing special about him, i went there on my first pregnancy and he told me that me and my child where in a healthy stage, but when i entered 7 month i went to another hospital and they told me that my child was not healthy and he would die in second aftergiven birth. I went back to him with the result and he told me he was aware of this situation, as a doctor this is not professional and can be seen as "ye hekemena sehetet" and also talked to somepeople they said the same thing..he says everything is fine but when they check at other hospitals thier would be a complication and when they come back to confront him he always says he knew abt, which identifies him as a liar, he lost his ways by not updating him self to technology

Though they have great specialists, like Dr Guta, they are extremely poor in certain aspects of their service.
    1. They often fail to stick to agreed schedules, like for instance today we have to wait for more than 2.5hrs to see a lab technician in room 318.
    2. The receptionists lack professionalism; extremely arrogant as if they are giving free service. Treatment should start from the gate. Patients do not come here to spend their spare time and they need to be treated as such. They also show favoritism towards some patients (not because they deserve priority due to their case)
