  I am very happy n proud to review this center. I have been to a couple of appointments so far. I am one Dr. Cherinet's patients. Not only is it highly specialized n professional, it's one of the cleanest n highly organized medical centers I have encountered in Addis. It's beyond the country's health care state. The environment,starting from the parking assistants, upto the receptionists,nurses n health care assistants, is the most friendly n helpful staff ever. Don't even get me started on the ophthalmologists. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable,informative willing to help. They discuss and explain your eye care n options on how to go about it. Which is more than what could b said for most of the Ethiopian health care system professional.they go out of their way to accommodate for special needs of their patients. Excellent guidance is also available for keeping up with appointments.i am beyond impressed. I would have given it more stars if it was possible.

  I travelled all the way from US to get my grandmother some treatment. My dad has recently traveled to get surgery and she’s been having follow up appointments every week. The staff is so unprofessional and downright disgusting. They’ll make patients wait 3-4 hours to get seen by doctors. The doctors are not well trained. I don’t know where they got their licenses. They get angry if you have questions about your own health or your loved ones health. I guess they just expect you to understand everything. If I was back home I will do anything to report this facility but I have no option to do that in Ethiopia. I don’t know who to report or speak to. They’re very greedy and money hungry. That’s their first priority not your health so if you don’t wanna be blind and broke please avoid this place at all cost

  The worest service I ever had. One optalmologist consult more than 40 patience within 4 hours (in the afternoon only). It is realy unfair and unethical. I would love to hear the response of FMOH on this.

  Nice and friendly service at the reception and specialist Drs . available for your eyes checkup and medications. The space you have got is not compatible with the patients number. And very hot because of that. But I heard you are moving to your own building soon . Good job
