Tsegaye is located in the relatively-upscale Getu Commercial Center. The shop is clean, comfortable, modern and well-lit. Although my barber understood a limited amount of English, I was able to use a combination of words and gestures to get him to understand exactly what I wanted (a skin fade). I got a freshening-up with warm towels and talc before the barber started cutting. He did an excellent job and I was in and out in half an hour. It was well worth the 150 birr (about US$5.50). I will definitely go back there whenever I'm in Addis Ababa.
