  Nice place friendly staff
  I recommend staying here because wifi is fast food is good and free for more optional food you can order and the rooms were clean with a good view and all this for a cheap price that even excluded gym 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I didn’t miss my workout program (im a bodybuilder) and the foods were organic and nutrient like meat veggies beans etc and i like this place and one last thing They have a tradition restaurant were you can enjoy Ethiopian tradition without going anywhere else

  Spent one night here. The service was excellent and the rooms elegant and beautiful. The English was limited though which made communication difficult. The food was also unpalatable but that might just be my snobby taste buds. All in all an excellent service and aesthetic environment but the food lacked quality.

  You wouldn't believe where you r when you r in this hotel. Free Transport to and from the hotel, free dinner and for breakfast they even called me to let me know it was ready. Quality customer service doesn't get any better than that. Which hotel have they ever call you to tell you that breakfast was ready?? That's right, NONE You don't go on time, u miss it.. but not with Top Ten. Now ain't that AMAZING!!!

  Decent place. The staff is friendly. The food is assorted, which is good coz not everyone would appreciate the Ethiopian flavors. Has good basic amenities like free wifi, hot water.

  Shuttles are good & on time. Hotel staff is good, always cooperating & welcoming. Rooms, washroom, hotel lobby, dining area all are neat & tidy.
  TV was there but without any channels subscription, Wi-Fi is very poor, food quality and taste not good. It's good option just for stay of 1-2 days stay economically.

  Rooms lack basic facilities like tea, fridge, water and AC.
  Nothing complementary in the rooms.
  And for meals they serve only beef Not ok for most of the transit passengers

  Adequate for my needs. Very friendly, flat screen TVs and (slow) wifi. Beds are comfortable.
  
  Would have loved coffee-making facilities in the room though.
