I live on the 1sf floor of the one of the apartment buildings. Water outages are major concern for most of the residents especially those living on top floors (3rd & 4th). Nevertheless, the security & vicinity is nice.

Everything (Supermarket, bakery, vegetables market, cafes, restaurants & many more) can be found within the apartment complex.

It is also not far from the center of the city.

I highly recommend Sunshine Gerji Apartments Complex.

Horrible place to live in & a huge mistake , there is no water supply in the apartments, if you are lucky then it would be after midnight , it’s impossible to find a place to park your car & end up paying 10 Birr for overnight parking plus additional 1 Birr an hour in the day time.
Tenants are not allowed to bring in or take out any of their furniture belongings without an Approval from the compound office during working hours and working days.

Tenants are not allowed to move their belongings on their own & should use appointed Labors by the compound otherwise its impossible & turns to be ugly.

The buildings do not have an elevator , which meNs if you are on the 3rd or 4th floor it will be your worst experience especially when ur tired or carrying a baby.

One of the best Apartments in the City at a closer proximity to the airport. Foreigners who would like to stay for longer periods in Addis find it as an excellent option.
