Sunrise real estate is one of the best real estates in Ethiopia and may be the best there is. I visited the site and has a very high quality work done, giving attention to details. Its apartments for sale in Addis Ababa, located at Summit has amazing facilities, including swimming pool, tennis courts, beautiful green area, jogging truck and they promise other services to start too such as Restaurant, Bank, day care, etc. The one thing that attract me most is the finishing work done at Sunrise. I highly recommend it!

It is really nice and then the material that you guys used it really quality material but I watched the YouTube video regarding to your real state business. Very awesome but I want to comments over I want to let you know some important information. Can you guys named the streets Avenue each street. To make it easy to navigate the GPS. The second one is There is no bike lane on pedestrian crosswalk, no traffic sign, no sign of speed limits, swimming pool, shopping center, Gas station, Gymnasium, there is no traffic sign you Gotta make sure put some traffic line information stop sign street name. Everything is perfect I like it but take my comment and then make a great change I proud of you. Great job.
