  very weak lounge. Food is not ediable. For star alliance lounge, there must be some standarts.

  I went to cloud nine lounge with business class boarding pass and with gold card star Allianz and was told to leave as it will close in 5 minutes and was advised to go to star alliance gold lounge and it seems all of them don't want to work in the early mornings and they also told me it will close from 3:30 to 5 am. I wrote a complaint which won't be taken care of most probably and i preferred to leave a review with higher chances of feedback

  The lounge is very crouded. The food is basic. Also the refreshments. The internet is extremly slow.
