The Airport is not fully completed specially around the customer service area where it takes more time than usual to receive luggages. I am afraid the situation will be worse on a bad weather condition like a rain which would make the place muddy and not convinient. Am sure it will also have accessibility issues fur those in need. It seems it's going to take atleast a year or more until it's fully completed to have a decent minimal terminal with basic facilities. The transportation availability to and out of the airport seems to be sufficient with most coverages seems from the small three wheel bajajs where they charge around 50 Br to take you to the inner city which is really close by the airport. On a previous trip we took to the city for our work purpose we used to take the Axum flight from Addis and take an hour ride to the city of Shire.
