  I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have been to many spas in Addis and this was the worst of them. The customer service was appalling. I came in for a service quite early in the morning because I had a lunch meeting. However I was forced to wait an extra hour and a half because they let other customers who arrived after me jump the queue. The response from the receptionist was to just relax and wait. I had to leave without the service. I am disappointed in the way I was treated and will take my business elsewhere. Rome masquerades as a world class spa but you are better off going to one of the more established places in the city that treat customers with respect.

  Got taken there by my driver, came in and they asked me to come back in 4-5 hours which I did. I specified I wanted the 400 birr facial for me and one other person. We came back and there was one woman, who did a lazy job and left me lying there for half the treatment to also do the person accompanying me. She painfully picked at my whole face and popped all my whiteheads (not relaxing) for most of the treatment which left dark marks the next morning all over my face. On top of that they charged us 700 birr each not 400. I didn’t want to spend anymore time there after the bad experience and paid the money. Would never go here again and would tell everyone I know not to bother.

  If there was such a star, I would give it 0. The receptionist messed up my booking twice. In stead of trying to fix it or even apologize, she kept talking to others and waited for me to leave.

  Very disappointed with the customer service. I got there on time and I was asked to wait for 15 mins. By the time they were ready it was 50mins late. I had to leave without the service very upset.

  Totally delighted with the massage I received, the service, and the price. At the time of this review, a 1 hr swedish massage costs 500 Birr, which is approximately $20 USD. Great facility too.

  Not for European hair. If you want to find out how ridiculous you can look like once your hair's been trimmed by someone very well intentioned but utterly clueless, go to Rome Spa.
