This is easily the best property management group in Addis. Kedus was extremely knowledgeable and helpful , and understood our company's expatriate needs, wether that is accommodation suitable for family or self etc. He also has an expansive database with the latest and newest properties in town, both for residential, or office space. Kedus is extremely efficient even when dealing with companies that have complex administrative procedures and specific security and design needs. I would definitely recommend Real Addis to anyone looking to rent, purchase, or just get real estate consultancy services in Addis. Ours was a great experience. Thank you to the the Real Addis team!

Kidus of Real Addis is an amazing person & business man. For your rental needs I highly recommend him. I’ve went through couple of other Delalas which I found to be frustrating until Kidus came to the rescue. He is knowledgeable & patient with the entire process of finding me a wonderful tenant for my unit. Any frustration that may arise has nothing to do w him but with the laws that are set in the country. Kidus was always pleasant enough to elevate my confidence & understand my approach of “things need finalizing now” in a realistic manner based on the system. The whole approach was very professional. Kidus of Real Addis was able to get the best deal for both parties i.e., the owner and the tenant. The houses shown to us very also very good ones within our budget constraints. He also has a vehicle which can help prospective customers without vehicles. I have refered him to other friends and they have also had my same opinion.

Kidus and his team were extremely helpful in helping me locate my new apartment in Addis. He was knowledgable of a variety of properties and was very patient with me as I took my time to figure out which place was the best for me. I am happy with the service that I received and would recommend him to anyone looking for a rental property in the future.

he listens! he is fast, precise, reasonable. he shows quality houses in quality zones. i found a nice house w garden for an ok price in a highly popular area in short time thanks to him. i recommend Kidus and team to all new faranjis. :-)
