  I purchased a condo slated for delivery Dec 2021. It’s now 2023, still nothing. I would advice anyone not to bother with this company. Probably one of the most deceitful real estate companies I’ve dealt with so far. Many of my fellow condo purchasers are in the same boat. They take care of you until you pay them. Government is looking in to them, I am sure.

  Having various real estate options having in hand, i had decided to buy apartment from Noah. No need to mention, that decision was taken by me after getting influenced by their marketing team.
  Now I curse the day I took decision to go for Noah real estate. I have never seen so unprofessional real estate company.
  By and large, they are cheaters. They don’t know anything about construction and quality. I am sure, anyone having mind will go for them.
  I am attaching photos for you people. NEVER THINK OF BUYING ANY TYPE OF PROPERTY FROM NOAH.

  I had a plan to buy few apartment homes for me and couple of family members in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. After a lot of request from Noah Real Estate Ethiopia sales agents, i gave it a shot to visit few sites. One of them was Figa site in Addis. I saw the buildings are cheaply built and Overwhelmingly poor quality.
  Exterior:
  saw inconsistent vertical rain raisers
  Unfinished basement
  Unfinished electrical systems
  No fencing
  Unfinished landscaping
  Dirt and scraps everywhere
  Poor Drainage
  No emergency stairs
  
  Interior:
  Lazy Tiling and Water Damage in the Bathroom,
  Leaky Plumbing,
  Uneven Flooring,
  Wonky doors and windows, sliding doors lockers are a joke. The locks are tiny and cheap that can easily cut by a scissor,
  Inconsistent finishing work from building to building.
  
  Well, non of the sales people able to respond for my questions and I changed my mind to not buy any apartments from Noah Real Estate.
