Nice place. Have a good coffee shop at ground floor. It's located near the President and Minister's Office.

Poor service
Flies flying around
Even with a limited menu, you can still find some or many of the items unavailable
They can serve burger and fries with NO fries (without first informing), yet charge you the price of burger with fries.
