  Mr Martin's Cozy Place is the place to stay for anyone looking to link with like-minded solo travellers. The friendly lounge was a great place to get a few tips from other travellers and expats when I arrived in Ethiopia, then exchange stories on my last couple of days in the country. The rooms are clean with reliable hot showers. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great value also. Loved it!

  I love this place. I have been staying at Cozy Place regularly in the past 5 years. Both at their old and their new location.
  
  There is a nice breakfast, good wifi, clean rooms with different prices and services,, a nice roof terras, a green garden and some parking space.

  I had such an incredible stay here, the staff and everyone staying there had a great vibe. One of the only true backpackers in Addis Ababa who know how to deal with basic needs such as fast Wi-Fi, breakfast inclusion and clean showers. The location is smack central downtown walking distance from Edna Mall. I highly recommend staying at this place if you are visiting for short term to long term.

  Great place to stay in Addis for good price. Very comfortable. Included breakfast was good. Stayed here twice on our trip to Ethiopia and would stay here again if we go back.

  The rooms are clean but the toilets are not well functioning. However, it is close to shops and restaurants. Good for budget stay.

  Big and clean rooms! Friendly stuff and good variety of good foe breakfast. Very recommendable. The only drawnback is that you might find there is no electricity for a whole day.

  I stayed here for one night at the end of a wonderful trip to Ethiopia. The hostel had wifi, was clean and very accommodating. I felt very safe and comfortable and highly recommend staying here. Although the bathrooms are shared, they were clean and in decent condition.
