This is first High School in Jigjiga and in Somali Region in Ethiopia. This building is in the middle or centre of the town. So many higher education institutions deliver classes here over the weekends. For example all the tutorial classes of Extension and distance programmes of Jigjiga University, Haramaya University as well as countless other institutions deliver their classes here. It is an important place.
