This place is absolutely disgusting, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY HERE. I couldn’t believe the horrible experience I had while trying to have a relaxing Moroccan bath. My sisters and I were getting ready to go into the steam room and entered assuming the place was clean and tidy, but we were completely wrong. When the steam room door opened and the steam cleared it was horrifying. The ceiling was moldy and corroding from the outside. The steam room was never cleaned, in fact there was wrappers, dirt, and all kinds of trash collectively sitting in the corner of the room. There’s mold growing everywhere that the owner obviously never bothered to clean. Not only that, we are frequent customers and even had the owners mobile number, but she forwarded or declined our calls when we tried to complain about the state of the establishment. The roof inside the steam room was also strangely leaking dark colored liquid. The workers got the brunt of our anger and the owner completely avoided us by ignoring our concerns. My sister even recalled hearing the owner tell the employees to put us in the steam room anyways, even after they complained to her about how they haven’t cleaned the steam room. The owner, Rediet, is a piece of work, and completely unfit to run a spa. It was absolutely the most disappointing spa day I’ve ever had. Even the massage bed was dirty and old, I refused to lay there. And to top it all off, when we refused to pay after cutting our spa short as a result of seeing the steam room properly, the cashier and other workers started complaining that if we don’t pay the bill the cashier will have the money taken out of her paycheck. What kind of business is this? Completely and utterly unprofessional and embarrassing. I’m surprised I haven’t contracted some kind of illness after sitting in there. As a warning, do not spend your money here, you deserve a better spa experience at an establishment that actually cares about its customers.
