Our group had a very pleasant stay at the resort this past weekend. The front desk staff was outstanding & very professional. The grounds are very beautiful and you'll see lots of native birds. The rooms were spacious, clean, and came with mosquito nets & a free water bottle each day. There are two pools(kid & adult) as well as a very large playground. They've got a large soccer-field & half a basketball court with an 8 foot rim. The gym could use quite a bit of improvement as several treadmills didn't work well; but plenty of weights. We did a boat tour - Make sure you ask to see the hippos! Not every tour has that included. Our only complaint was that several male employees made unsolicited comments toward all of the females in our group throughout our stay. That shouldn't happen on a hotel property by hotel employees. Despite that issue, we'd still recommend this resort to other travelers looking for a relaxing, comfortable weekend getaway.

Lovely serene environment. Had Lunch twice here on my way to Langano resort and those two times were lovely.
Lake Ziway is just further down inside the resort. I saw Lots of lovely birds, some horses.
Lots of parking space and playground for kids. Good place for a small picnic.response / report this review -

A very pleasant stay. Kids loved the play park. Beautiful large trees and amazing bird life. Restaurant menu a little average.

An excellent resort, again as reputable as Haile's magic touches.
The rooms (New Villa) are of exceptional comfort and spacious.
The swimming pool is of room temperature, you'll find it difficult to swim in the early morning after a cold night.
The gym, sauna & steam are a bit small can get too crowded at times.
The massage is only done by one person… don't book on her day off.
The service is of the highest standard.
We arrived as families of 15 members and all of us found activities and shared exciting and memorable moments.response / report this review -
