    Hi,
I studied in this school only for one year, in first grade. It was back in year 2007 I guess. Those are one of my fondest memories, I remember the classes, although it was very long time back.

I left the country after that year, and since social media was not a thing, and I was very young, I never stayed in touch with anyone, until recently I wondered about the people in my school.

I remember the name of some of my classmates, kanchan, Alex, Ruth, Maramawit
if anyone from that time sees this comment, and want to get in touch and remembers me, I will be on instagram from the same name.

Overall, this school has been mediocre. There aren't too many extracurricular opportunities for students but the ones they do have are handled very well. The teaching staff ranges from enthusiastic to uninspired which can give a very broad range of experiences depending on who gets to teach you and how well you resonate with them. The curriculum is an international standard which is good but the limited course offering prevents students from getting the most of it and makes it very inflexible. Overall I think my nostalgia gets the best of me because I associate the school with my friends rather than my education at it, as the school has many faults most of which they take significant time to fix.

I really like this school. It has great and strict teachers for you child/children and it is built on the Cambridge curriculum which is also fantastic. Each grade has up to 150 students and is divided into sections. They also have fantastic sports like basketball, volleyball and football which includes games with other schools. My first year was fantastic but due to COVID-19 I wasn't able to meet up with my friends at school but they sorted it out with online school.Overall I think the school is great to go to and it has lovely children too!

The school is really nice. They don't take uniform that seriously tho. The students and teachers are okay. There are 25-35 students in each class with a different teacher for every subject. One grade has three classes divided as c1, c2, and c3. The teachers are devoted and nice but at the same time very strict, they take exams/tests/quizzes very seriously. The subjects are all the normal curriculum subjects such as math, english, geography, reading, computer science, history, gym, and based on your grade either science as a single subject for grade 6 and below or physics, chemistry, and biology for grade 7 and above. The other subjects are french, greek and amharic (amharic is optional for all grades but french and greek are mandatory for grade 6 and below) when you get to 7th grade you can chose between french and amharic you will be tested later in igsce on french. Their are some ppl that speak greek and amharic but the normal language would usually be english. The textbooks are called Cambridge Curriculum Textbooks and we tend to learn one grade ahead for math for example if you are in 5th grade you'll be learning 6th grade math with a 6th grade textbook (this is only for math). There is a school library which is available to all students. There are lots of extracurricular activities such as soccer, volleyball, and basketball. The sports are usually divided through age. The school fee is payed either every term (three times in a year) or yearly (once a year). The first register for the first time you have to take an assessment test with all the other new kids which includes Math and English and it's pretty easy. Hope this helps.

Went to school here from 1987-1998. Wow... I feel so old. One of the greatest experiences in my life. Most of my best friends I have till this day are the people I met in greek school. R.I.P to Joseph, one of the greatest teachers and will never forget all those "educational" trips you took us a students.
