  Kidane Mihret(Covenant of Mercy)--Monthly feast of Emebetachn(St.Mary)
  On every 16th day of the each Month,the Orthodox Tewahedo Church commemorated our Holy Lady Mary,the two-fold Virgin,the God-bearer,for on it He gave her the Covenant of Mercy and She received it from Her Son,our Redeemer Jesus Christ,in respect of him that should celebrate Her commemoration,or should call upon Her name, or give alms to the poor in Her name, even if it were only a cup of cold water.
  Our Mother asked Her beloved Son,Jesus Christ(praised be His Holy Name) to save anyone who would pray or do works of charity in her name.And Her Son promptly replied:I will fulfill all your petitions My Mother! I will save anyone who built churches in your name,who clothed the naked,visit the neck,feed the starved,drink the athirst in your name!
  This is the Covenant 'Iyesus Kirstos' (Jesus Christ) made with the our Queen!
