Ethio tours , Best tour and Travel Agency in Ethiopia .
we picked a 10-day tour with this agency in northern Ethiopia and this was probably one of the best highlights of Northern Ethiopia . Bahir Dar , Gonder ,simen Mountains ,lalibela and danekildepressions .

Our Guide was helpful, flexible and everything went as planned . The cars are modern with seat belts and air conditioning, which is very needed in this hot desert. Going to an active volcano is a lifetime experience, but safety was a major concern for us. We are very thankful that we find ethio tours, a very experienced and reliable team.

Fantastic - we had an incredible time in Ethiopia, looked after by the ETT team. From Danakil including negotiation with the Afar, to transport around the country, and simply as a point of contact for advice, all were helpful and responsible when travel wasn’t always straightforward. Booked a trip to Ethiopia to our interests and preferences. As first time visitors to Ethiopia it was difficult to choose from the huge number of destinations available. The Travel Agent at the ETT office took time to understand what we would enjoy and skillfully helped us to decide where to go, what to see and where to stay. She was patient and knowledgeable, suggesting small hotels and excursions to fit our specific interests, and always mindful of our budget. Our itinerary looks amazing!

Booked a half day tour with them with 3 items on the agenda: holy Trinity Church, national museum and a renowned coffee place.
The tour was supposed to start at 11 but they were 40mins late in the pick up. Although I understand they have no control over the Addis traffic (which is horrendous).

Our tour guide, Muller, did a great job of sharing the information about the various places and the car provided to us was also very clean and relatively new.
Muller by far was the saving grace of what I thought was a lost cause of a trip considering our time constraint and addis traffic.
I would highly recommend hiring Muller as your guide. He did a good job explaining things in English, navigating us through the traffic and showing us various places, took us to a coffee ceremony, Ethiopian lunch and made our experience all over a lot of fun!

Excellent day trip full of great experiences! It was exactly what I was hoping for. My guide Eliyas was extremely informative and energetic. He was quite flexible as he coordinated with me to accommodate my late flight arrival and also provided flexibility for time of lunch and restroom breaks. I was traveling solo but felt completely comfortable and safe. Highly recommended tour if you are interested in familiarizing yourself with this interesting country full of history and natural beauty.

Well, you have outdone yourself. Wow what a trip. I really don't know where to begin except to say Thank You. First of all, Ethiopia is a very beautiful and unique country. None of us knew what to expect and were blown away by its beauty.

Our accommodations were great. The service was over the top excellent.

As a multi-generational family trip we had so much fun.

From your guest house in Addis Ababa to the last pick up at the airport to 500 yards around the corner at the airport, the attention to detail was over the top. And thank you for our bottle of wine, Bisrat - how very special that was.

Thank you for helping make our once in a lifetime family trip something everyone will remember with affection.

Our family were extremely pleased with our stay in Ethiopia. The guides were always on time and speak perfect English. They know the history of their country very well and teach us thousands of things about the history of the most beautiful country, Ethiopia. They are passionate. We also want to thank the drivers. They drive calmly. The cars were always very clean and well on time.

We normally make all our own bookings when travelling, however were very pleased with the ETT package. The suggested route and highlights were all spot on, and there were no issues whatsoever with any of the bookings. It all went very smoothly and allowed us to concentrate on seeing the sights. I also liked the fact that we got a free city tour of Addis.

Few things command more respect than hard work, integrity, dedication and the ability to follow through. These are among the many attributes we experienced from start to finish when organizing our trip to Ethiopia with this travel agent. This travel agent is an excellent listener and pays attention to detail; a lost quality in today’s world.
Although our itinerary took us toeleven destinations and one off the beaten path village of locals, our agent managed to coordinate every aspect of our adventure. The choice of guides were perfect for us. The drivers were all skilled and reliable and the vehicles were always clean and stocked with water, sanitized wipes and in some cases snacks for us to enjoy. Safety was never a concern.
Our agent's recommendations for hotels and accommodations were spot on and her restaurant choices for us were extraordinary. I am a big believer in managing expectations and I must say that thanks to this agent, her years of experience and wonderful demeanor and disposition, our three-week journey through Ethiopia significantly exceeded all of our expectations.
Selecting a travel agent and advisor can be frustrating and even dicey at times. Not in this case. We could not be more pleased with every component of our adventure and must give this agent, the tour company, and Lidya, the highest marks possible. Thank you!!!

Trusty worthy and reliable team. Last year I decided to visit Ethiopia in December. I happened to come across ETT tours during my research for a Simien Mountain and Danakil depression. Initially, we were in touch only about the domestic flights, but later we had some unforeseen visa issues. There is no Ethiopian consulate in Hungary. Citizens of Hungary residing in Hungary must apply for a visa to Ethiopia in person at the nearest consulate of Ethiopia in Hungary. It means if there is no consulate of Ethiopia in Hungary there may be a consulate of Ethiopia in a neighboring country.
At this crucial time, I reached out to Maria from ETT. Maria was very responsive and helpful. She took the initiative to send us invitation and even worked out a way to get us a visa from Addis Ababa on arrival. I have never experienced this kind of service before.

Can’t tell you how much we enjoyed the trip. The guides, Yonas and Meareg could not be beat. They worked so hard to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of well. Their knowledge expanded our grasp of the land, the people and history. We were so fortunate to team up with a great group of people.
This trip went beyond our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone or to use Ethio Travel and Tours (ETT) again.
I’m talking about ETT that operate in Ethiopia. Run by locals who have top notch operations and offer you an excellent trip at a terrific price.

The organisation by Ethio Travel and Tours was great. They were informative, and crucially helped with the visa application in advance

I had decided to go solo. The tour group was small and attended by Aki, who despite having done this trip to Danakil over a 100 times, still showcased great enthusiasm like it was his first trip. He had welcomed us like family, had been extremely pleasant and accommodating.

I would like to highly recommend ETT (Ethio Travel and Tours) to any one new or well-traveled individual as after extensive research; they are the most affordable and really communicate efficiently and effectively. Given a chance to go back, I would not think twice on who to book with them. Ask for Maria or Aki!

a big company that makes up very large groups of tourists. expect to be 30 to 50 tourists with only one guide. unfortunately, most of the drivers consider that they do not need to talk with you, which makes the trip very boring

ダナキルツアーで利用しました。事前にe-mailで問い合わせをしましたが、対応は良かったです。

メケレ到着前に支払を完了する事を求められましたが、PayPalでの送金が上手くいかなかった事もあって、結局メケレの事務所で支払をしました。カードでの支払いも可能でした。

メケレの空港到着時には、比較的遅い時間の到着だったのですが、無料で迎えに来てくれました。

当初宿泊していたホテルに南京虫が出た為、良いホテルが無いか尋ねたところ、Zemariasという所を紹介してくれました。ETTの割引料金が適用されます。それでもそれなりに高いですが。ホテルは特に問題は無かったです。wifiが普通に使えるのは大きな利点です。

ツアー中のドライバーも良かったです（ガイドでは無いので、ほぼ運転に徹していましたが）。

ツアー中の宿泊は、シャワーは無いし、屋外での宿泊もあるので、快適とは言えませんが、それは彼らの問題では無いように思います。

Tripadvisor等での低評価の口コミは、主に料金とエルタ・アレ火山での安全面・ガイドの対応が理由のようですが、料金については、個人的には、安いと感じるくらいでした（最低料金に近かったからかも知れませんが）。ガイドについては、確かに、私が参加したツアーでは、歩くのが遅い人をケアする感じでは無かったので、不満を持つ人がいても不思議では無いと思います。

There is no generic price. 4 days Danakil tour is 300 dollars (the lowest price) if u negotiate hard enough. Normal price is 400 dollars. Still expensive tho. Some ppl pay 600 bucks. They were really furios when they found out the price othere ppl paid. Danakil drivers earn abt 14 dollars a day. No days off. Hope u pay less for ett and give some more tips to the drivers of ett. And when u negotiate always talk to the owner of ett. Besrate (sounds like bisrat to me).

danakil 300 dollar (for 4days) , omo valley 60dollar per day( or 40dollar ), if you pay more than this , you will be idiot in the group. And most of drivers got paid so little so if you want to help them, dont pay a lot to company, just give a tip to driver. if you know how much they paid, it will be shocked. DO NOT BELEIVE THE PRICE OF SITE.
