  Painful experience guaranteed. Being the only ISP, EthioTel doesn't care if you get the service you paid for or not.
  To be specific:-
  1. Everyone in Ethiopia knows how slow the internet is, yet we pay almost the same as people in other part of the world.
  2. They claim to give you some GB of date yet if you install bandwidth measuring app you know you don't use the amount the make you pay for.
  3. EthioTel doesn't have any clue about privacy, they sale your number without shame and they bombard you with unnecessary text all the time.
  
  These are some of the issues on top of my mind, other people would add on this. In the mean time, we hope EthioTel would improve some how, but the only way to be better is to play fair, which is inviting competitor.
